Become a Forest School and Outdoor Learning Trainer
Our Accredited Level 4 Train the Trainer course is a bespoke programme of individualised training and mentoring that will equip you with the knowledge and skills to deliver a range of Learning in Natural Environments qualifications including Forest School and Outdoor Learning.
Our Level 4 course will enable you to join the Cambium Trainers Network as an Associate Trainer, giving you access to training materials, IQA, online resources and lots more support. We’re proud of the support we offer to our Level 4 learners and are very pleased to say that 95% of our Level 4 trained students have chosen to stay with us.

We know how busy the life of a Forest School and Outdoor Learning Trainer can be. That’s why we have developed a complete package of support and guidance, enabling you to let go of the responsibilities of being a centre so you can concentrate on the delivery, or move over to a more friendly, supportive environment than your existing IQA set up offers. Moving to the Cambium Trainers Network means that you register your learners with us on the Agored Cymru units.
If you are already a trainer, we offer a quick-switch process which includes a full induction to Cambium’s approach, processes and support materials. Then, once you have shadowed an existing Cambium trainer, you’re ready to get up and running as a Cambium Associate Trainer straight away!
